Wokha, July 6 (MExN): All forms of vehicular movement from Tsungiki 2nd bazaar to Doyang Bridge (Mokokchung Road) will remain suspended from 7:00pm to 7:00 am with effect from July 10 to July 16. According to an order issued by Wokha Deputy Commissioner on Wednesday, the restriction has been imposed to allow uninterrupted road repair and maintenance work at NH 2 Wokha-Mokokchung road (98+300km) and other portions of Wokha-Chukitong 2-lane road. During the restricted period, medium and light vehicles travelling/plying towards Wokha or Kohima from Mokokchung side have been advised to take the diversion road from Alichen-Mangmetong-Sungro-Doyang-Wokha. Thos plying toward VK-Mokokchung from Kohima or Dimapur have been advised to take the diversion road from ‘0’ Point-Wokha-Doyang-Sungro-Mangmetong-Alichen.
