Dimapur, February 29 (MExN): Nagaland beat Sikkim by 42 runs at the Women's under 19 One Day Trophy at KSRM College Ground, Kadapa on February 29.
Electing to bat first, the Nagaland team put up a target of 161 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 50 overs.
Swati was Nagaland's top scorer with 60 runs followed by Sapna with 29 runs. Talirenla also contributed 5 runs to the total.
Sikkim meanwhile managed to muster only 119 runs before being bowled out in 45.5 overs.
Ganjan was Nagaland's highest wicket taker with 3 scalps while Arpana bagged 2 wickets as well.
