Kohima, April 12 (MExN): The Wokha District Entrepreneurs' Association (WDEA) will be organizing a one day workshop on financial education and entrepreneur development, managed and sponsored by Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) at Hotel Hornbill, Wokha Town on April 19. The workshop aims to spread financial awareness among people and especially to those who are doing different kinds of business in “our land so that we can make sound financial decision.”
It will be interactive in nature where PowerPoint presentation can also be given, informed a press release. The topics to be discussed during the workshop include; financial planning and budgeting, banking and loan products, complaint procedure for deficiency in banking service, life insurance products, mis-selling of life insurance policies by banks and insurance companies, post offices saving schemes, mutual funds, equity, new pension policies, precaution on Ponzi schemes, chit funds, complaint procedures for investors grievances etc.
