Workshop on NSQAAF held in SCERT Nagaland

Dignitaries and participants of workshop on development Nagaland school quality assessment and accreditation framework.

Kohima, November 1 (MExN): A one day workshop on Development Nagaland School Quality Assessment and Accreditation Framework (NSQAAF) was held at State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT), Nagaland Kohima on October 30.

The workshop was attended by personnel from Directorate of School Education, Samagra Shiksha, SCERTs, DIETs, State college of Teacher Education (SCTE), Nagaland Board of Education (NBSE), All Nagaland Private School Association (ANAPSA), All Nagaland Teacher Association (ANTA) and Commission for Education Diocese of Kohima.

Altogether 30 participants participated in the workshop.

The inaugural was chaired by Moalong Imty, Joint Director. Pekruzetuo Additional Director, SCERT gave the keynote address and James Sema, Sr Lecturer gave an overview of Nagaland School Quality Assessment and Accreditation Framework. The primary goal of the workshop was to gain a broader perspective and receive enhanced feedback from distinguished stakeholders.

A vigorous discussion and brainstorming session took place, during which all participants contributed valuable insights and suggestions. A subsequent workshop is being planned to continue.
