Dhruva Saikia Guwahati | March 3 Along with the rest of the world, Dispur Hospital in Guwahati today observed the World Kidney Day today with a daylong programme. In this connection, a Kidney Awareness Procession was taken out in the city which was flagged off by veteran journalist Naba Thakuria, in presence of managing director of Dispur Hospital Dr. Jayanta Bardoloi. Later Dr. P M Deka, Dr T A Chaudhury, Dr. Jaynil Bhagwade and Dr Rohan Batra conducted a free kidney check up camp in the hospital premises where 100 patients were examined, states a press release issued by the hospital.
