DIMAPUR, JANUARY 27 (MExN): The Western Sumi Kukami Hoho (WSKH) has informed that it will oppose the ULB elections within its territory. A press note from the WSKH expressed solidarity to all tribe based organizations who have come together to oppose the State Government’s move to go ahead with the elections that will see 33% reservation of seats for women. “The hoho, which represents entire village chiefs under Western Sumi also feel that the democratically elected government should listen to the voices of the people,” it added.
