Dimapur, February 9 (MExN): The Western Yimchungru Hoho (WYH) has resolved to reaffirm its decision on February 9 to support NTAC and JCC and their demands in the interest of the Nagas unity and cause.
WYH, Media Cell in a press release informed that, with its federating Units has strongly opposed and condemned the participation of three YTC officials in the consultative meeting called by Chief Minister on February 8 at Kohima without the consultation or concern of neither its office bearers nor the Executives of Yimchungru Tribal council.
“Their participation is against the wishes of the Yimchungru public and Nagas in general which has ultimately shamed the entire Yimchungru,” WYH said while requesting the YTC Executives for the immediate impeachment of those attendees in order to maintain the good image and the integrity of Yimchungru populace.
WYH also informs its member that Hoho has taken the decision after thorough consultation with its frontal organisation such as Western Yimchungru women organisation (WYWO), Western Yimchungru Students' Union, Yimchungru Union Kohima(YUK), Yimchungru Union Mokokchung (YUM), Yimchungru Union Chumukedima(YUC), Yimchungru Union Diphupar, Yimchungru Union Dimapur, Village Councils, former YTC officials and representatives to YTC, ENPO, YWO.
