Dimapur, August 11 (MExN): The Youth Association of Nagaland (YAN) has issued another notice to JK Mech in connection of cheating case and non-repayment of loan by mortgaging the land patta no. 1012/189 Dag no. 427, 103/1033 area 02B-02k-00LS situated at Block no. 6 at Mech Estate, Nagarjan Dimapur. YAN, spokesperson Athrongba Sangtam in a notice said that after a thorough deliberation and case study as per the Association fact finding record has summoned JK Mech in the Association office but failed/ignored to appear before the Association even after given ample opportunity to give explanation/clarification on the said dispute land. Therefore, the Jury Board of Association for the “last time” has summoned JK Mech to appear before the Association within 7 (sesvn) days w.e.f the date August 9, 2011. Failing to comply with this notice, the Association will take necessary action and shall seize the said land without any hesitation, for which the Association will not entertain later.
