Major D. Solanki of 9th Assam Rifles ‘C’ Coy, Longleng launches the Yingli Souvenirs on June 6.
Dimapur, June 7 (MExN): Yingli Souvenirs, A House of Flower & Handicraft, dedicated to destitute women and AIDS orphans promoted by Yingli Mission Society (YMS) was formally launched on June 6 by Major D. Solanki of 9th Assam Rifles ‘C’ Coy, Longleng as guest of honour.
The ceremony was chaired by Doishom Phom with key note address by Themjen Phom, Secretary, YMS while Ongtei Shahong, Vice President, Phomla Hoichem gave a short speech. Major D. Solanki in his brief speech appreciated the organization and also assured his full support of the venture which was followed by dedicatory prayer led by Henmei Phom, Associate Pastor, Town Baptist Church. This was stated in a press note issued by Yingli Mission Society Program Manager, Senti Jamir.
