Yoto Chizo leaves Nagaland for Asian Muaythai C’ship 2025

Yoto Chizo today left Nagaland to participate at the upcoming Asian Muaythai Championship 2025, scheduled at Thai Nguyen, Vietnam from June 20 to 26.

He is among the 29 strong Team India for the championship.

The team includes; Shri Ram Choudhary, Imad Uddin Naveed Muhammed, Jaykumar Premsing Jadhao, Ariston Syiemsad, Lakshya Bhatt, Nidhi Tripathi, Yaman Sufy, Vaishnavi Anil Gandhi, Suraj, Shivam Chaurasiya, Bhavjot Singh Kohli, Pani Manju Joram, Walika Mantaw, Kushal, Shubham Kumar Nishad, Fahad Anakkayi, Anita Rai, Bansahnam Kyrpang Warkhyllew, Teiboklang Marbaniang, Mary Christing Wriang, Mohit Verma, Ashish Sharma, Renu Kumawat, Muskan Varma, Nupur Ranjan Borah, Mahendrakumar Sellappan, Yoto Chizo, Ngurlianzuala Sailo and Avishek Roy.

Earlier, Chizo has brought pride to the nation through his consistent performances at national and international levels, including medal-winning appearances at the East Asian Championships and World Championships.

Meanwhile, Chizo requested the people of Nagaland to pray for him as well as Team India at the championship.
