
Kohima, June 22 (MExN): A two day long Young Leaders Training on SDGs Theme: “Role of Young Leaders in Localising Sustainable Development Goals in Nagaland” will take place from June 27 to 28 at Capital Convention Centre, Kohima.
The inaugural session on June 27 will start from 10:00 AM. Opening remarks will be delivered by Limabenla Jamir, Development Consultant Coordinator Asia & Africa Expert Working Groups, Inclusive Governance, Local Public Sector Alliance while welcome address will be delivered by Biraj Patnaik Executive Director National Foundation for India
The session will witness “Visual Journey” on How to meet the Sustainable Development Goals together, SDG Moment, United Nations and Nagaland SDG Vision 2030.
Nayantara Sasikumar, IES OSD (Planning) & SDG State Nodal Officer SDG Coordination Centre, Government of Nagaland will highlight the works of SDGCC, Nagaland.
Keynote speech will be delivered by R. Ramakrishnan, Principal Secretary (Planning) and Development Commissioner, Government of Nagaland.
