Young movie goers lining up outside the premises of Hill Star Cinema on May 27 to watch the premier of ‘Anek’ starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Andrea Kevichusa in leading roles. Ticket agents at the counter told The Morung Express that the 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm slots were all booked for the day while the 11:00 am slot saw quite a considerable turnout but not as much as the two latter slots. Some of the movie goers said that they were thrilled to watch the movie as there were a lot of buzz floating around social media prior to the release. “I got to know about it through some of my friends who shared the trailer of the movie on WhatsApp,” said one student waiting in line to get inside the cinema hall. Several individuals who came late, hoping to get a seat at the cinema were left disappointed as all the slots were full for the day. “Opai nai, we’ll have to try to come early tomorrow,” shared one other person who came with his girlfriend.
