Dimapur, September 14 (MExN): Holy Cross Parish youth in collaboration with Peace Channel organized a one day workshop on ‘Conflict Resolution’ at Holy Cross conference hall here on September 10.
“Change your mind, perception and attitude and see every individual as God’s unique creation regardless of caste, tribe and religion,” Rev. Dr. Fr. Anto, Director, Peace Channel exhorted the participants. He further cited the example of St. Mother Teresa who saw Jesus’ face in every individual she worked with. He encouraged the youth to consecrate their minds and be a source of peace in the daily walks of life, informed a press release.
Supongtula Aier shared the origin and activities of Peace Channel carried out in the state and region. She stated that Peace Channel has reached out and touched the lives of over 80,000 youth. In his concluding remark, James Mavelil, Asst. Director, Peace Channel encouraged the youth to be the harbinger of peace and build peaceful environment wherever they live.
