YouthNet interacts with students at FAC

Dimapur, August 20 (MExN): An interactive programme with an objective to provide entrepreneurship skills and employability to Naga youth was held at Fazl Ali College Mokokchung on August 19.  

The programme conducted by YouthNet in collaboration with the Government of Nagaland and under the sponsorship of the Mokokchung Entrepreneurs' Consortium was attended by more than 600 students, informed a press note received here.  

IMPACT 5000 by 18, a project launched in order to provide entrepreneurship skills and employability to Naga youth was also introduced to the gathering at the event, it said.  

Lezo Putsure, founder of Smarter Nagaland and Chief Strategist of Youthnet spoke on the multiple options that young people have to earn a living and at the same time follow their passion in life, it added.  

Discussing the future of Naga youth Chief Analyst of Youthnet, John Meyase touched upon topics like employment and employability, skill development, career options and most importantly on the dynamics of Entrepreneurship.  

Presenting statistics, analysis and drawing illustrations about how young people had succeeded in the entrepreneurial world, he encouraged a gathering to follow their dreams without cowering under societal structures and limitations.
