Kohima, March 8 (MExN): With an objective to tackle unemployment while addressing skill mismatch, YouthNet collaborated with Trig Empowering Institute, a state of the art training academy based in Guwahati, Assam for providing quality training and placement in the Aviation Industry.
The official MoU was signed by Lezo Putsure, Director YouthNet and Shyamanga Protim Kashyap, Founder TEI here in Kohima on March 8.
With the Aviation Industry projected requirement of over 1 lakh personnel both Technical and Non-technical by 2022, the partnership will explore areas of training aspiring candidates in the Aviation Sector and subsequently placing them in various reputed National and International Airlines besides knowledge sharing and collaboration in the areas of professional enhancement initiatives.
