Resource persons along with women participants at the workshop on baking held at Zeme Baptist Church Kohima premises on May 27.
Kohima, May 27 (MExN): The Women Department of Zeme Baptist Church Kohima (ZBCK) organised a one day workshop on baking which was held at ZBCK premises on May 27.
The daylong baking workshop was held on the theme ‘digging deep into God’s gift of creativity’ with the objective to empower women economically, making way for entrepreneurial avenues and also to encourage them to make use of their creativity in baking to glorify the almighty God.
The resource persons were Dr Asangla Jamir, Akule Ilunglung and Heugwalie. Altogether, 34 participants took part in the workshop, stated a press release received here.
All about baking was shared by Akule and hands on practical sessions on baking variety of cakes like butter cake, banana cake, éclairs cream and burger buns were taught in the practical sessions by the resource persons.
The programme was chaired by Chiro Liegise and Pastor ZBC Kohima Rev Iringtie Kauring invoked God’s blessing for the workshop. Word of gratitude was shared by Chairperson, Women Department Angaule Nsarangbe.
