Zbto DPDB deliberates on police station upgradation

Zunheboto, December 8 (MExN): The Zunheboto District Planning and Development Board monthly meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner and Vice Chairman DPDB, Peter Lichamo at Town Hall on December 8.

The main agenda discussed at the meeting was upgradation of outpost police station to full-fledged police station at Atoizü town, informed a DIPR report. The board deliberated that, Atoizü being ADC headquarter and also keeping in mind the law and order situation coming up occasionally in areas spreading to Asukuto town and other parts of the area, Atoizü deserve the upgradation proposed by the respective administrative head. The proposal was approved and recommended for further procedure.

Earlier, the meeting began with the Chairman reviewing the previous meeting's agenda and introduction of new members posted at the district.

The DC Zunheboto also requested the board members to clear off all the files before leaving for Christmas holidays.
