DIMAPUR, MARCH 19 (MExN): The All Zeliangrong Students’ Union (AMN) has informed that the Naga Students’ Federation will observe its 39th Martyrs' Day on March 20 at NSF Martyrs' Park, Kohima, to honor the brave souls of Late Kekuojalie Sachu of Kohima village and Late Vikhozo Yhoshu of Kigwema village, who sacrificed their lives for the cause of the Naga people.
In compliance with the directive from the NSF, the All Zeliangrong Students' Union (Assam, Manipur, and Nagaland) has appealed to all educational institutions within the jurisdiction of the Zeliangrong community to observe a one-minute silence in remembrance of these brave hearts who laid down their lives for the Naga nation.
“As we honor the sacrifices of our heroes from the past, let us renew our commitment to the ideals of justice and freedom for which our martyrs fought,” the press release stated.
