Kiphire, March 31 (MExN): The Zhimkiur Village Council (ZVC) and the family members of Shokum Yimchunger has “declared and informed to all the public concerned” that Shokum Yimchunger of Zhimkiur village under Kiphire district is allegedly “a habitual defector from one faction to another faction.”
ZVC chairman, H Mukhe and family members T Pungun and T Tokiu in a “declaration” reported that “inspite of several warming, he has been defecting from one faction to another and it is perceived that after counselling with him, his mental status is not sound.”
Therefore, the family member and ZVC have “resolved and make this declaration in public that henceforth any person or any faction dealing with him would be done so at their own risk.” The joint declaration also stated that ‘henceforth, the family members and the ZVC would not be held accountable and laible for any consequences and action that is done by him.’
