Dimapur, July 14 (MExN): The Zeliang Students’ Union Dimapur (ZSUD) has condemned the alleged rape of a minor girl by the victim’s uncle at Bank Colony, Dimapur on July 6. The union in a condemnation note stated that the act of the accused has brought shame and disgrace to the entire Zeliang community in general and his family in particular, “such heinous crime should not be tolerated and the union urged the law enforcing agencies to take appropriate action as per the provision of the law and not to grant bail to the accused.”
