K Therie, President NPCC addressing the Zuketsa Students’ Union 64th general session cum felicitation programme on January 6.

Phek, January 6 (MExN): The Zuketsa Students’ Union (ZSU) held its 64th general session cum felicitation programme under the theme ‘believe and achieve’ at ZAPO (Zuketsa Area Public Organisation) Ground, Zuketsa Town on January 6.
K Therie, President NPCC graced the occasion as the guest speaker and Dr Riku Khutsov, EAC Atoizu, Zunheboto as the academic guest.
K Therie addressing the session stressed on the importance of unity and oneness among the Kuzha Netho Ketshü.
“Kuzha Nu Khru (Kuzhale, Kuzhami Chakhesang language) or Khezha nuo Khruo (Tenyidie) present day House tax originated and exercised by forefathers of Kuzha Netho Ketshü and adopted till now in Naga Society,” a press release received here stated.
Therie also spoke on the importance of sovereignty for the Nagas in general, and urged the people not to forget the sacrifices, toils and sweat of our forefathers with greed of power and money. He elaborated on the importance of secularism in Indian politics. He stressed “the impact of the intellectual revolution of RSS and Hindutva culture on religious minorities in India,” the release stated.
Also speaking in the session, Dr Riku Khutso, EAC, Atoizu, Zunheboto inspired, enlightened and motivated the students to be consistent in their academic pursuit.
