The construction of the General Administration Guest House at North Point Colony, Zunheboto is progressing smoothly with its completion scheduled for August 2025. Initiated by KTSukhalu, IAS (Rtd), Food and Civil Supplies and Legal Metrology and Consumer Protection, this three-story building is expected to provide the much-needed accommodation facility for officials and guests visiting the region.
Strategically located near Zunheboto Government College and adjacent to the General Manager of Industries and Commerce quarter, the guest house is expected to play a pivotal role in improving administrative processes and facilitating the smooth hosting of important events and meetings in the district.
“Once completed, the guest house will not only enhance local infrastructure but will also contribute to the growth of Zunheboto by attracting more visitors and fostering better connectivity within the region,” the NDPP Media Cell 35 AC stated in an update.
According to the press release, this development will mark a significant milestone for the district, providing a much-needed facility that will benefit both the local populace and the administrative needs of the region.
