ZUNHEBOTO, SEPTEMBER 12 (MExN): A district-level orientation meeting on Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyaan (AKA) was held at the DC’s Conference Hall, Zunheboto, on September 11 with DC Dharam Raj, IAS, chairing the programme.

District Master Trainer and Graduate Teacher, Bonoka Sumi, shared the vision of AKA: “Empowering tribal communities through a decentralized, culturally grounded, and convergence-based cadre of committed change leaders to ensure last-mile delivery and co-create Viksit Bharat @2047.”

The DC highlighted the importance of “convergence” as the sharing of resources across departments and stressed the involvement of civil societies and NGOs in mobilizing communities, identifying local issues, and supporting grassroots initiatives.

It was reiterated that AKA is not a government scheme but a grassroots movement towards responsive governance and inclusive growth.
