Zunheboto, November 23 (MExN): Monitoring team from Chief Medical Officer Office, Zunheboto visited Ghathashi PHC, on November 21 and interacted with the health unit staffs.
During the visit, the staffs shared about the functioning, activities, management unit, good practices and constraints.
The monitoring team from the district monitor about the health service carried out in the Health Unit, manpower status, equipments and reporting status of health units. A short awareness programme was also held, where NVBDCP team highlighted about malaria elimination target by 2022, proper use of mosquito net...etc. Free IEC materials were distributed after the programme.
The team was led by Dr K Akaho Sema, CMO, Dr Nukshisangla, DPO (RCH &UIP), Hekuto, AMI, NVBDCP, Hekato Chishi, DSM, Hokishe, DPO-DAPCU, and other officials from NVBDCP, RNTCP and NHM.
