The 28th edition of the Miss Sümi Pageant will be held on November 7 at Zunheboto Town Hall Zunheboto.
They are currently grooming eight contestants for the crown.
The Miss Sümi 2025 beauty pageant, organised by the Sumi Totimi Hoho, has commenced at Zunheboto with grooming sessions for the contestants underway. The grand finale is scheduled to take place at the Zunheboto Town Hall on November 7 at 4:30 pm.
Eight contestants representing Zunheboto Town, Atoizu, Saptiqa, Pughoboto, Chümoukedima, Northern Sumi, Suruhuto and Kohima are taking part in the competition. The grooming sessions are being conducted by choreographer Alica Zhimo and co-choreographer Angukali Awomi.
As part of the pre-event activities, a talent show will be held today at Khonheche Café, Zunheboto, where contestants will showcase their skills and creativity ahead of the main event.
Ani Yepthomi, Director of Livingston Foundation International School and College, Dimapur, will grace the grand finale as the special guest.
