DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 8 (MExN): The All Nagaland Anganwadi Workers and Helpers Association has submitted an ultimatum to the Director of Social Welfare demanding clearance of all pending honorarium and arrears of all Anganwadi workers and helpers in Nagaland. The association reminded that the director had promised to do the same during a meeting at Ura Hotel in Kohima on August 27, with a deadline of September 15. The association informed that it has decided to wait till October 10 for the government to clear the dues after which the workers and helpers would undertake agitation.
