‘Euphoria 2017’ held at DBS Kohima

KOHIMA, NOVEMBER 14 (MExN): A sport cum cultural week called ‘Euphoria 2017’ was held at Don Bosco College, Kohima from November 6 to 11. The purpose was to bring out the talents of the students and expose them to co-curricular activities.   Euphoria 2017, started with an opening ceremony which was inaugurated by Seyiekhrietuo John, State Programme Officer, AYUSH Mission, Nagaland. Oath taking of the various group leaders and torch lightening ceremony were also a part of the program.   The activities included both indoor and outdoor events. ‘Cultural Day’ and ‘Western Day’ were held on November 9 and 10 respectively.   The event concluded with a valedictory programme on November 11. Johnny Raungmai, Futurist, Officer on Special Duty to Government of Nagaland, NSDMA, Home Department, was the chief guest. The team that took home this year’s trophy was the Titans. The college cum cultural week formally came to an end with a feast hosted by the college.
