Kohima, October 28 (MExN): The 2nd NAP Battalion Alichen had organized a one day orientation programme on Livestock Management under Rashtriya Gokul Mission (RGM) in collaboration with Chief Veterinary Office Mokokchung under the theme "Fertility Camp" on October 28 at Battalion Headquarter.
The resource persons were Dr BM Sunep, CVO Mokokchung, Dr. Yanger, Vety Farm Manager and Dr Wati, Vety. Asst. Surgeon.
The programme also witnessed free vaccination for dogs and poultry.
Scientific method of pig farming, Bio fencing, dietary components and seeds for healthy offsprings have been imparted to the participants. Altogether, 98 participants attended the orientation programme.
