ZCCI lauds ‘immediate intervention’ by Zunheboto, Akuluto PS
Zunheboto, August 9 (MExN): One person was held for allegedly ‘causing unwanted disturbances and instilling fear’ among truck drivers for Zunheboto in the recent past leading to ‘a lot of hardship for normal transit of trucks.’
Accordingly, a complaint was filed against the accused identified as one Shikiho Chishi of Lokobomi village, a press release from the Zunheboto Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ZCCI) informed.
The ZCCI, in the release issued by its President Kikheto Muru and General Secretary Inahoto G Assumi, also lauded the security personals of Zunheboto and Akuluto Police Station for their immediate intervention and arresting the accused.
The Chamber futher appreciated the Village council of Lokobomi village for cooperating with the police personals in arresting the accused.
It also urged the “authority to initiate appropriate action as per the law of the land” and stated that the ZCCI “shall not remain silent in case of settlement under any pretext.”
