Morung Express News Dimapur | September 20 In a case of reckless driving, a speeding Mahindra Bolero hit an auto-rickshaw resulting in the death of one of its occupants. The accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon at the Central Jail junction in 4th Mile, Dimapur. The deceased, identified as one Khetoshe Yepthomi, 30 years, from Pimla Village, Dimapur, succumbed on the way to the hospital, Police informed. Another occupant along with the driver of the auto-rickshaw escaped with minor injuries. Following the accident, the driver of the Mahindra Bolero had attempted to flee but was forced to stop at the Green Park junction in 5th Mile – about 500 metres away. He was later taken into custody by the Police.
