Dimapur, December 21 (MExN): The weeklong 11th edition of Dimapur Night Carnival (DNC), jointly organised by the Dimapur district administration and Dimapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), at Naga Shopping Arcade culminated on December 20.
The carnival, initiated with the main objectives to provide the citizens of Dimapur and adjoining districts a good time with their families and friends, to give avenue to unemployed youth and promote young local entrepreneurs and also upcoming artistes, came to a successful conclusion with thousands of people visiting the various stalls every night, stated a press release issued by Media Cell, Dimapur Night Carnival.
The closing ceremony held on December 20 witnessed a variety of entertainment and music performed by various artistes. DCCI Vice President V Shikuto Sema proposed the vote of thanks. Meanwhile, the DCCI has wished all the citizens of Dimapur a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
