The grand finale of the three day long 11th Kohima Open Volleyball Tournament 2024 (Men & Women) under the aegis of Kohima District Volleyball Association (KDVA) will take place on November 1 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
Roko Angami, OSD (Sports), Department of Youth Resources & Sports, Government of Nagaland and former international football player will be the special guest at the closing function on November 1 at 2: 00 PM.
Earlier, Rokovikho Chale, president Angami Sports Association graced the second day of the tournament as the match patron.
In today’s quarter final match under Men’s category, Senapati Sporting Club defeated Kiruphema Youth Organisation-A while Japfü Range Volleyball Club overpowered Küsoma Youth Society, Mima.
Blind Spikers Akuluto VK registered win over Bond of Brother Chesezu while Kiruphema Youth Organisation- B defeated Michazou Jr. Mima in another quarter final match.
In Women’s category, Senapati Sporting Club defeated NAYSA-D while Shürho Mountain Club Kigwema registered win over Team Ace, Kohima.
MADFA Club Dimapur defeated NAYSA-D while Senapati Sporting Club defeated Shürho Mountain Club, Kigwema in the 4th match.
In the fifth match, MADFA Club Dimapur defeated Team Ace, Kohima.
