Wokha, February 3 (MExN): Glory Hunters, NRSA and Friends Club Wokha Village registered win on the 6th day (February 3) at the ongoing Lotha football championship organised by Wokha District Football Association 2022.
Akito, UBSI, SP Office Wokha graced the match as the match patron of the day in the much anticipated match of the third match played between Friends Club Wokha Village and Englan Range FC, Lironthung the tournament top scorer drew the first blood in the 13th minutes for Friends club to give Friends club a lead but Suben of Englan Range found the equalizer in the 13th minute for Englan Range and just a minute latter Rhonbemo again scored in the 14th minute to give Englan a lead by 2-1, but Rashamo the team captain of Friends club and Awanbo goals in the 39th and 65th minutes sealed the victory for Friends Club.
The second match of the day was played between United Sporting Koio and NRSA, NRSA defeated Lightning Eagles 5-2. In the first match Glory Hunters beat XI Brothers by 4-1. The fourth match of the day between Tsumang FC and Tsumang Young Stars which ended in a 2-2 draw after playing the full allotted time.
