Dimapur, March 7 (MExN): Prohibitory orders under section 144A of the CrPC that were promulgated during the election period in the jurisdiction of the Dimapur Police Commissionerate will be withdrawn from March 10.In an order issued on Tuesday, Dimapur Commissioner of Police Kevithuto Sophie said his office was satisfied that the law and order situation in the districts of Dimapur, Chümoukedima, and Niuland has improved and returned to normalcy after conduct of the general assembly elections. As such, the CP revoked the prohibitory with effect from March 10.
