DESPITE TRIPLE SECURITY:  Two security personnel stood near sign stating, ‘This Polling Station is Under CCTV Web Casting Surveillance…” at a polling station under Chümoukedima district on February 27. The Nagaland Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) has earlier informed that a minimum of 50% of polling stations in each district are being covered with either Webcasting or Videography. Despite such ‘full-proof’ arrangement, instances of proxy voting were reported from different part of the State during the election to 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly on February 27.
