Kohima, September 7 (MExN): The 1st Naga Chilli festival will take place at Seiyhama village under Kohima district on September 10. Vibeilietuo Kets, president NDPP 11th Northern Angami- II Assembly Constituency will grace the occasion as the special guest. The programme will start from 10:00 AM onwards at Seiyhama Village Council Hall.
