Dimapur, August 28 (MExN): The 1st Sumi All Nagaland Online Open Chess Tournament 2020 is scheduled to be held on September 4.
The online tournament is being organised by Sumi Chess Association Nagaland (SCAN) under the aegis of Nagaland Chess Association. The tournament will be conducted in the platform Lichess and the time format will be 3+0s (Blitz).
The categories for tournament are Open category and U-16 category.
The U-16 players have been asked to send a photo of their birth certificate to SCAN Secretary, Mughato Kibami on WhatsApp at 8732883086.
Without doing so, they will be considered as open category, the organisers informed. The entry fee for open category and U-16 will Rs 150 and Rs 100 respectively. Entries will be accepted till 8:00 pm, September 3.
