Chedema United FC and Nagaland University Students Union KC won their respective games, on Ocotober 10, at the ongoing 22nd edition of NSF Martyrs Memorial Trophy 2022 here at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima under the aegis of Angami Students' Union (ASU).
Tied 1-1 at the end of regulation time, Chedema United FC defeated Spartex FC through a tie-breaker (5-3). Neithongulie Tsira opened the score for Chedema United at the 27th minute. The equaliser from Spartex was scored by Razouvituo Tsükrü at the 74th minute.
Seyieneituo Tsira of Chedema United was awarded man of the match title, which was handed over by Seyieneilhou Keyho, President Chakhroma Youth Organisation.
In the second match, Nagaland University Students Union KC defeated Real Boys FC through a tie break (4-3) after the match ended in a goalless draw during the stipulated time.
Rokovizo Chalieu of Real Boys FC was awarded the man of the match title, which was handed over Sedevikho T Angami, a senior ASU leader.
