LCFC and Yamnhon AFC to clash in final

  Morung Express News Dimapur | November 6 Lotha Colony Football Club (LCFC) and Yamnhon AFC will match up against one another in the finale to the 24th late Nyamo Lotha and late Daniel Lotha Memorial Football Running Trophy 2018 on November 7 at the State Stadium, Dimapur.   LCFC will defend to retain the Nyamo-Daniel trophy it won in 2017. It was made to toil hard to edge past a resilient Okotso SC 1-0 in the semi-finals today, while getting a shot at retaining the title. The lone goal was scored by Opon.   Yamnhon was tied to a goalless draw in a closely contested semi-final game against Lenlem FC. Yamnhon prevailed 5-4 in the penalty shootout.   Match patron for the day was Nzanbemo Humtsoe, Contractor - class 1. The patron, in his address, urged the players to dream big and beyond the local arenas. While all things start small, he said that playing at local level games sets the foundation to play at national and international levels.   The organisers informed that Robert Odyuo, Child Protection Development Officer, Dimapur will be the patron at the finale.   Final LCFC Vs Yamnhon AFC (2:00 PM) State Stadium
