27th Loyem Memorial Trophy: Khulio King enters semi-finals

Tuensang, October 17 (MExN): Khulio King FC won all their league matches and has progressed to the semi-final at the ongoing Loyem Memorial Trophy played at Loyem Memorial Ground, Tuensang.

On Thursday, Khulio King defeated Hügel Hifliers FC (Jr) 4-0 with hat trick from Benjamin in the 1st, 15th and 17th minutes sending his team ahead in the tournament. 

Chiu added another goal in the 37th minute to extend the lead to 4-0.

In the second match of the day, Tiaren FC edged United FC 2-1 taking one step closer to semi-final berth. Kelep scored the opening goal in the 11th minute and added another in the 18th minute by Lemtok Khumba. After the first half, Peshie scored in the 31st minute to deficit the score line but it was not enough to secure their team.
