Chümoukedima, February 18 (MExN): Playing the second round matches, Hurrican Cricket Club and Bokajan XI Star won their respective matches today at the 2nd Champ[ions Trophy organized by Nagamese Baptist Fellowship at Chümoukedima Ground.
Hurrican CC defeated Woods XI (A) by four wickets. Put to bat first, Woods XI (A) set the target of 149 runs which was achieved 18 over by Hurrican CC.
Riyan Lama of Hurrican CC was awarded the man of the match for scoring 64 runs and taking a rival wicket.
In the second match, Bokajan XI Star knocked Braveheart Warriors by 57 runs. Bokajan Xi Star elected to bat and set the target of 170 runs. Chasing the target Braveheart Warriors were bundled for 113 runs.
Nabin of Bokajan XI Star was named the man of the match for taking 5 wickets.
