Kohima, August 17 (MExN): The kick-off programme of the 2nd Supervision Mission of Fostering of Climate Resilient Upland Farming System in the Northeast (FOCUS) Nagaland was held at Hotel Vivor, Kohima on August 17.
A DIPR report stated that a six-member team headed by Programme Officer, Frew Behabtu and three members from FOCUS-Mizoram arrived in the State and some officials from IFAD joined virtually.
The mission team is scheduled to visit different districts, interact with the project team and Agri & Allied departments from August 18 to 24. APC and Mission Director, Y Kikheto Sema, IAS addressed on the financial constraint of the state.
Deputy State Director-FOCUS, I Lipokonen Jamir, gave an overview presentation of physical, financial achievements, status of the agreed actions of previous mission of the project.
