31 new COVID-19 cases in Nagaland 

Dimapur, September 26 (MExN): Nagaland reported 31 fresh COVID cases on Sunday taking the state’s cumulative caseload to 31,150.

The new cases were reported from Dimapur-19, Kohima-9, Tuensang-2, and Mokokchung-1, according to the daily health bulletin issued by the state’s Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme.

A total of 48 patients who had previously tested positive for the virus recovered on Sunday taking the total number of recoveries in the state to 29,062. No deaths were reported in the state in the last 24 hours, as per the IDSP bulletin. 

With this, the state now has 445 active cases out of which 341 are asymptomatic. Among the patients with active symptoms, 80 are said to be mild, 8 are moderate on oxygen, 7 have severe symptoms and are receiving oxygen support, 3 are admitted in the ICU without ventilators, and 6 patients are on ventilators.
