46 trainees graduate from Don Bosco Tech AIDA Centre

The Don Bosco Tech, AIDA Centre held its graduation day for the 30th batch of Skill Training for Unemployed Youth at its premises on September 28.


A press release issued by Towoka Coordinator, Don Bosco Tech AIDA Centre stated that the training for the batch began on July 16 and concluded on September 28 with 46 trainees. All the trainees have received placement offer, it said.


Father Sabu Joseph, Principal Bosco College of Teacher Education, Dimapur gracing the occasion as the special guest congratulated the trainees on successful  completion of training and exhorted them prepare mentally face challenges head. Amos Ekka State Coordinator (Operation),Don Bosco Tech Dimapur Region also encouraged them to "step out to the real work make a good name for yourself, for family and for the institute."


Most of the candidates are from economically poor back ground with minimum education qualification. However, 75 days of intense training has prepared them to work in corporate environment, the release said.  Don Bosco Tech AIDA centre will start batch 31 on October 9. Training is provided in food and beverages service steward and assistant beauty therapist, it added.
