Dimapur, February 16 (MExN): The Eastern Bible College Dimapur began its annual sports week on February 16 at the College Ground, under the theme ‘Play with Common Hope, 1 Corinthians 9:24’.
A press release from Khonzan, Sport Secretary, in-charge, Games and Sports, informed that Rev Dr T N Lotha Jr, Principal of the College was the speaker at the opening ceremony.
He pointed out that learning without co-curricular activities is incomplete. One must participate with discipline and true spirit of sportsmanship, he added.
Various games like football, volleyball, badminton, 100m race, and other items will be played during the four-day long event, the release informed.
