KDCA officials after its meeting for 4th Kohima District Chess Championship in Kohima on October 14.
Kohima, October 14 (MExN): The Kohima District Chess Association (KDCA) is organising the 4th Kohima District Chess Championship from October 25 to 26 at Nagaland Olympic Association Complex. All interested persons, bona fide citizen of Kohima district have been informed to participate in the Championship.
For registration, contact 7005694541 and register, or can collect registration form at Northern Sports, CANSSEA Building. Registration fee will be Rs 1000 for general category and Rs 500 for under 16 years junior category.

In general category, the champion will carry a cash prize of Rs. 20,000 while runner up will receive Rs 15,000.
Third prize winner will get Rs 10,000 while Rank 4 to 10 will receive Rs 1000 each; Under 16 category- 1st prize- Rs 7000, 2nd- Rs 5000 and 3rd- Rs 3000; Veteran category (50 years & above)- 1st prize- Rs 7000, 2nd- Rs, 5000 and 3rd- Rs 3000.
Mhasimhalie Matthew Yhome, President Kohima District Football Association will be the special guest at the inaugural session on October 25.
