Chizami village bags Group Championship Award

The 55th Sports Meet of Secheku Range Sports Association (SRSA) concluded today at Tsupfume village under Phek district.

Colo Mero, Director Life Ministries Nagaland graced the valedictory function and gave away prize to the winners.

In women’s football final, Losami defeated Thetsumi 3-2 via tie breaker after goalless draw.

In individual prize, Tshevewuu Doulo of Thetsumi bagged Golden Boots with 3 goals.

Tshenyilou Doulo of Thetsumi bagged Golden Gloves.

The Golden Ball award was bagged by Wemhewuu Akami of Losami village.

In men’s basketball final, Mesulumi defeated Zhavame 24-12.

In men’s football final, Chizami village defeated Enhulumi 4-1

Tshezokhro of Chizami Village bagged Golden Boots. Weselhi Thopi of Chizami bagged Golden Gloves.

The Golden Ball award went in favour of Delo Chirhah of Enhulumi.

Meanwhile, Lucas Dukru of Zhavame was elected as new president SRSA for the tenure 2021-22.

The next 56th meet will take place in Zhavame village.
