Mokokchung, December 20 (MExN): The Temulunger Telok will be organising the 6th Inter-Ward Beat Contest (Battle of the Bands) at Town Hall, Mokokchung on December 22. This year’s edition of the beat contest will also feature a concert with Tiameren Aier, and Toshi and the band informed Jonathan Lemtur, Convenor of the organising committee in a press release. The beat contest will be held in the afternoon, followed by the finale in the evening along with the concert. The winners of the beat contest will be awarded cash prizes and certificates. The inter-ward beat contest is an annual musical event where all wards from Mokokchung town participate in the contest. Tickets for the evening concert priced at Rs 300 will be available at the gate of the venue.
