Siblings C Senti Naro and Nasen Naomi bagged the 1st and 2nd prize respectively in the female category of the mini-marathon (10 km) race organized by DEF Tuensang on August 14 in Tuensang in commemoration of the celebration of 75 years of Indian Independence. Methiam Khiam won the third prize. Altogether, 77 competitors participated in the mini-marathon. In the male category, Thungti Moba Chang won the first prize while Sochiu Khiam and Lemchiu Y Khiam came second and third respectively. The winners were awarded with certificates of merit, medals and gifts, while the rest of the participants were all given certificate of participation. (Morung Photo)
