7th Hornbill International Strongman and Crossfit competition 2024

As part of the  25th edition Hornbill Festival 2024, the Nagaland Strongman and Fitness Association (NSFA) organized 7th edition of  Hornbill International Strongman and Crossfit (Men & Women) competition 2024 on December 7 at CT Square, Chümoukedima. 

Strongman competition featured truck pulling, deadlift, shoulder press, log squad, log race, farmers walk, tyre flip and Naga stone.

Naga Crossfit challenge for men featured burpees, clean & jerk, chin up, dead lift, log lift squats, dumbbell front rise and box jump.

For women, it featured clean & jerk, log squat, burpees and box jump.

Earlier, Neingutuo Rio, secretary, Central Executive Board, Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) graced the event as the special guest.

The event partners includes; Bodycraft Gym & Bodycraft Urban, Government of Nagaland, Nagaland Tourism, Department of Youth Resources & Sports, World Strongman, Indian Sports & Fitness Society and Federation India Strongman.
